How long have you been in business?
25 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Mortgage brokerage for both residential and commercial loans. We find loans for purchase, refinance, and construction of homes, investment properties, and business properties.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I love the real estate business. My grandfather and father were both real estate brokers. I started out my career in 1980 brokering commercial properties- mostly apartment buildings and shopping centers. Gradually I shifted my focus to the financing side of the business.
I have a strong educational background for the work I do, holding an MBA in finance and the prestigious CCIM designation.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Two things. Our experience provides borrowers with the best advice and expertise in their loan search. Our service levels are high because we aren't driven to create more business, rather we focus on doing the best we can for our clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location. No expansion plans.
