How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for over 60 years. We started in a small retail space on Fillmore and Haight and moved to this location within a few years of opening.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a full service real estate service organization. We work with buyers or sellers of real estate, we offer real estate financing for purchase or refinance and we offer property management services for HOA's and investors and/or owners of rental property.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My grandmother started this company. It is through her that I learned the business. I worked with her through high school and right after college. I received my Masters Degree in Business, sorked for a major corporation then came back to the family business. I have been in real estate for 11 years and have my California Real Estate Brokers license.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a family business that values each and every client and potential client that walks through our doors, calls on our phones or visits our website. Our company core values are to work hard yet move through each day with integrity and honesty. We LISTEN to our clients to ensure we are not just meeting their needs but exceeding them.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one main office in the lower haight, or orignal home. We have plans to add an office in the East Bay and in the Bayvie Hunters Point area of San Francisco.

Tracy Dearman is the owner. Jerald Joseph is the Senior VP of Marketing and Sales and is also their for daily operations.
