How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My grandfather experienced a need for long-term care that wiped him out financially. I wanted to help other people avoid what our family went through.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Superior LTC helps people to determine their best option for paying for long-term care. In some cases, that option may be long-term care insurance. But long-term care insurance is not for everyone and they may decide to choose one of the other four options.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We only have one location, but with the use of technology, we are able to work with people nationwide.
