How long have you been in business?
I have been in business since 1990. Servicing Contra Costa, Alameda, Solano, San Francisco and San Mateo Counties.
What is your primary product or service?
Residiential Pre-existing homes and Multi-unit buildings. Also raw land and commercial buildings.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked in a Bank in the 1980's. I was the sales manager of West Coast Federal Savings, who later became Glendale Federal Savings. When the appraisers and Real Estate Agents would come into the office I thought that would be great for me, because they were out in the field all the time, and appeared to have a flexible schedule. Having strong math skills worked great for me in the bank, but I learned that it would equally be important as a Realtor, so it made an easy transition for me.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Being a minority owned business, and female, makes my business stand out. Also, being African American and speaking some spanish has made me different. My husband is fluent, as well as my children. All of whom help with the business and marketing.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one location, however, my employees have home offices that are spread through the bay area. In that way we can cover a large market, because we live in the communities that we service.

From Vallejo take 80 highway 80 west until you reach appian Way, turn left to 2644 appian Way.

For the initial down payment of a home, Checks, Money orders, of Cashiers Check will work.

Contra Costa County, Alameday County, Solano County, San Francisco County and San Mateo County.

What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday 9:00-6:00 Saturday and Sunday by appointment. But feel free to call any time, often someone is available, even on the week-ends.
