How long have you been in business?
The San Francisco Yoga School was founded in 1999, by Pamela Carrara, who has been a personal and professional resource for enhancing one's body, mind, practice and potential, with over 40+ years of personal study, training, and daily practice, and professional experience.
What is your primary product or service?
One-on-one, couples, group and corporate yoga, fitness and well being sessions, workshops and presentation, plus essential oil education and treatments.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
When I was about 4 years old, I knew their was a vast human potential available to cultivate. My life's journey has been the inquiry, study, training and experience of that. Since the age of 19, in 1976, I have worked locally, nationally and internationally, in various formats, and in various venues, with thousands of people from all walks of life, to co-create healthier changes in their life style and well being.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Given all the years of experience, I have acquired an expanding intuitive and awareness skill to be present to one person at a time, even in a group setting, to co-create and help one draw from their own vast inner resources to ensure that they are getting the most from their body, mind, movement, practice, beauty, potential, and thus life, no matter where they are in their process.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Although, I have only one location I call my own, I work at many other locations.

Cash, Checks, Pay Pal, Venmo, Squarecash
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the sole proprietor.
What are your hours of operation?
The days, hours and locations are flexible, and customized to individuals, couples and corporate clients.
The SFYS private studio is generally open from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
