Exceptional experience from this appliance repair company! They came out knew right away what was wrong why we had a Sub Zero refrigerator ice maker problem. The service technician had the needed part already for the repair, and It was done perfectly. If we ever need another appliance fixed, I will be a returning customer. The appliance repair company was superb at providing us their best technician to fix our refrigerator that was making noise. I was very happy when he finished the task earlier than the scheduled time. I admire his way of work, why? Because he always made sure that it was perfectly organized and complete. I never saw the technician failed to work on my refrigerator that was not cooling. He handled his job perfectly. He also explained to me the process in detail and taught me the tips for proper maintenance to avoid common problems. The repair was done well and as I used it, my refrigerator was cooling perfectly again. I have no doubt where I will be calling the next time.
