It was last, my washer that doesn't start all of a sudden. Only this company responded to me quickly and sent out a technician immediately. The technician addressed the issues quickly and fixed it excellently within an hour. I was very much satisfied with the result of the repair. It has a satisfying quality. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Your service technician exerted too much of his time and effort into fixing my dryer that was not heating. He conducted the task alone and completed it on time. It was so terrifying seeing a technician doing his best in fixing the appliance. Helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! The technician promptly identified the problem with why our dryer was not tumbling, and he fixed it immediately. We thought we had to schedule a second appointment to repair it, but it turns out he had the part that needed to be replaced. Also, the repair charge was very reasonable, even with the parts. Thank you for the great service!
