How long have you been in business?
14+ years, same location, same owners. We are a small family owned and run business.
What is your primary product or service?
When you need your asbestos, lead and toxic mold guys to show up on time with experience, licenses, insurance give us a call. We work on YOUR time schedule.We also offer water leak detection. Environmental clearance a specialty!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After we were laid off in 2001, a friend called and wanted to start a mold testing business. We had a background in real estate appraisal, construction and building sciences. The science behind toxic molds is really fascinating for us. In 2004 we began expanded into asbestos and lead. We brought out adult children into the business about 10 years ago.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Customer service. We answer the phone. We return emails. We answer the tough questions ("How do I fix this?" "Is the mold really gone?") in writing.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One with no plans for expansion. To maintain quality control, we don't hire other people.
